Terms of Service

DeliverIQ CRM is software provided over the internet for managing contacts, companies, deals, tasks, email campaigns, automations and related analytics. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at info@deliveriq.live if you believe your account has been compromised.

Each organisation's data is isolated. You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace and the permissions you grant them.

DeliverIQ CRM includes email sending features. You may use them only to contact people who have a genuine business relationship with you or who have otherwise consented to hear from you, and you must comply with the anti-spam and data protection laws that apply to you and to your recipients.

You must not use the service to:

• send unsolicited bulk email, or messages to purchased or scraped lists;
• send content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or infringing;
• conceal or falsify the sender's identity, or omit a working unsubscribe mechanism where one is required;
• upload malware, attempt to breach our security, or interfere with the service for others;
• resell or provide the service to a third party except where your plan expressly allows it.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, immediately where necessary to protect the service, our sending reputation or other customers.

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown on our pricing page and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

We may change prices with reasonable notice. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

You keep ownership of the data you put into DeliverIQ CRM. You grant us only the permissions needed to host and operate the service for you. Where you upload personal data about other people — your contacts — you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so, and we process that data on your instructions. See our privacy policy.

You can export your data while your account is active. After termination we may delete your data once any retention period described in the privacy policy has passed.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control can affect availability. Support is provided by email at info@deliveriq.live.

The software, brand and documentation remain our property. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. We will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms. Where changes are material we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
