Privacy Policy

DeliverIQ CRM is operated by DeliverIQ Systems Private Limited. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. You can reach us at info@deliveriq.live.

Your account data. When you sign up we collect your name, work email, organisation name, and billing details needed to process payment. We control this data and this policy governs it.

Your customer data. The contacts, companies, deals, emails and notes you put into the CRM belong to you. We store and process them on your instructions so we can provide the service — we do not decide what you collect or why, and we do not use your contact records for our own purposes. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to hold that data.

• Account details: name, email, organisation, role and password (stored hashed).
• Billing details: plan, payment status and invoices. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
• Usage and technical data: log-in events, feature usage, IP address, browser and device type, and error logs.
• Support correspondence you send us.

• To provide, secure and support the service.
• To process payments and send billing notices.
• To send service messages such as security, billing and product-change notices.
• To detect abuse, protect sending reputation and meet legal obligations.
• To improve the product, using aggregated usage patterns.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

When you send email through the service we process the message, the recipient address and delivery events — such as delivery, bounce, open, click and unsubscribe — so we can show you deliverability analytics and suppress addresses that should not be contacted again.

We use a small number of providers to run the service: cloud hosting and database, email delivery, and payment processing. They act on our instructions, are bound by contract, and receive only what they need to perform their function.

We keep account data while your account is active. After closure we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records — for example invoices for tax purposes. You can export your data at any time while the account is open.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email info@deliveriq.live and we will respond within 30 days.

If your request concerns data held inside a customer's workspace, we will refer you to that customer, who controls it.

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, access is role-based, and each organisation's data is isolated. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and will notify you of a breach affecting your data where the law requires it.

We use cookies that are necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
